From December 5, 2012 to December 9, 2012, Chris and I took a trip to Washington state to visit his brother, Jared, and his brother's girlfriend, Joanna. It was a great trip and some of my heart was left there :)
We first took a look around Seattle. We visited the famous gum wall, ate delicious seafood, and looked around shops at Pike Place Market. It was wonderful, aside for the weirdo druggie bum that wanted $7, but wouldn't take the few dollars we offered...haha.
For the next few days, Chris and I wandered around Bellingham, where Jared and Joanna live, while Jared and Joanna were at work. Downtown there had great food and fun shops! We also went on an 'art walk' and saw some cool art exhibits :)
On our last full day in Washington, Jared had the day off and took us sightseeing. It was beautiful, and made me sad to know I had to leave soon. That night after Joanna got home from work, we all went out to eat some dang good pho noodles, and icecream.
On our last day, Joanna made us bacon pancakes and eggs for breakfast, then headed to the airport to go home.
