Nightmare on 13th!

Last night, SO FUN! Went to Nightmare on 13th, Bayleaf Cafe, then went longboarding with Colton down the streets of Downtown SLC!

Shelbie's and my day started off HORRIBLE, like we were meant to not go to church! First of all, it's POURING outside, second, Shelbie tripped over everything and got hurt, and third, right when I get to church, my skirt rips in the back aaaaaall the way up my butt. So, we have to go back to the apartment so I can change, so, we were a little late for church (sorry!). Lessons in church went very well, I definitely have a lot to improve on. Then, made grilled cheese, played with Shelbie and Alex. Ran some errands. Mikey suprised me with cupcakes he made (my absolute favorite), and I hadn't seen him in a month, so it's so good to see him!!! Made caramel apples and had friends over. Watched a billion funny youtube vids. Our crazy roommate M'kaaylie got down and danced for all of us, hahahahaha. Love you girl. Good good day!

Watching Paranormal Activity 2 with Alex tomorrow. NOT READY AT ALL, so scurred.

Hung out with Coltin! We didn't really do anything, just a late-night Ihop run and watched Youtube vids (Meet me at the icecream truck? Hahaha), and reminisced on life in high school. Laughed a lot, felt so good!

The social network.

Today, got froyo with Karen, soooo delicious! Then we saw The Social Network (aka the movie about how Facebook was made), and am I the only one who hated it?! I was just so upset at what jerks Mark and Sean were to cute and kind Eduardo. Makes me wanna delete my Facebook...psyche! I'm too addicted to Facebook. Then work came along, then I hung out with Coltin Mason and Bryson Arnold for a tid bit, nice to see them.

Tylaaa Nguyen!

So, lemme tell you about Tyler Nguyen. He is the funniest person I know!
We met in my junior year of high school, his sophomore year. I think he thought I didn't know English, but he asked me to fill up his water bottle when I was visiting my pal Monique in their class. One day, we became best friends forever, but then after awhile we had some probs and stopped talking for a long time! But today, we reunited! So so happy!

CHHS, how I've missed you.

Today was the start of my fall break! So, good bye Orem, hello home to Salt Lake for the rest of the week! I ate at Del Taco with my Levi, who I've been friends with for more than three years :) I love him dearly. Then, Karen and I went to the CHHS football game (We lost, of course. Come on CH....), and I got to see many of my friends who are still going there, and some friends who already graduated but were also there. I've missed you all so much. Then, Karen and I went to see Tyler Nguyen!! He is my favorite boy, I love him with all my heart!
This will be a great fall break, I can feel it :D

Best academic day EVER

Today, I found that I got the highest score on my essay in English class. SO happy, I'm awful at English, but I worked my butt off, and it sure payed off! Then I had my Japanese midterm, pretty sure I got 100%! And same with my CLSS class, score!

Consecrated Life

The 180th Semiannual General Conference occurred this weekend, and how amazing was it?! I'm so thankful for the strong church leaders we have to guide us and inspire us. It's time to make some changes in life. It's gonna be hard, but well worth it :) I love my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, for all the opportunities and changes He gives me to improve myself, and I am so thankful for this gospel, and all the tools we have in this world to become closer to our Heavenly Father.
