On December 20, 2011, two of my AMAZING friends got married :)
I'm so happy for Cecilia and Daryl, and it was an awesome day for all of us who got to celebrate with them. Seeing them come out of the temple was so great, knowing that they'll will be together for all time and ETERNITY. Many tears of happiness were shed, many laughs were shared, and many new memories were made :) I wish the best of luck to them!
They are one of the most amazing couples out there. Cecilia and Daryl have been such good friends to me these past years, and I don't know where I'd be without them or their examples :)
SO, the day started off bright and early (11 am) at the Oquirrh Mountain Temple! This is where Daryl and Cecilia were sealed together as a family for all time and eternity! We waited outside for them, and they came out around 12 pm. Then we took pictures in the FREEZING cold for about an hour...I'm surprised we didn't get frostbite!
Then we had the luncheon at the Brick Oven, pretty great. The best part was when Ben was holding Natalie (Sean and Kandice's baby) and he said "Mimi, yo, uhh can you get a picture of this?" SO CUTE. My camera died, so Kandice has these great shots ;) The food was delicious! Pizza, pasta, salad, soups, sandwiches, and GIANT cookies :)
After the luncheon, Ben, Nick, and I went to my mom's house. They took a nap, and I charged my camera (pheeew).
We went to the reception center around 5 pm to decorate, take pictures, and get everything all ready! The reception went from 6:30 to 9ish, and then we cleaned up, and took the presents back to Cecilia's parents' house.
It was a very long, yet super memorable day, here are some photos of the day :)

okay so YES of course i'm reading this (which means we are so on for a gleeathon haha!). i also hopped onto my fake fb profile to see if you had posted any photos.
SO THANK YOU FOR TAKING PHOTOS! because i didn't and now, with your permission, i'd like to steal these and maybe post some on my blog too? it's SO NICE to not have to wait for the professionals to reminisce!
as for that first bridesmaid photo, i'm afraid the black part of my blouse will be showing in the professionals and that really sucks :/
and, lastly, i really wanted to say thank you to you (and ben haha) for introducing these two. i'm glad you came into cecilia's life in high school and made all this possible <3
